Terra Sherman: Terra has been closely involved in managing surveying busnesses since she was old enough to lift a stapler. She holds an Associate of Sciences degree from Honolulu Community College's program for surveyors. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus. After working during school breaks and summers since the mid 90's, Terra began full time work in land surveying in 2002 and has been licensed since 2010. terra@valleyislesurveyors.com

Jesse Haake: Jesse began field work in surveying during school breaks and summers when he was a freshman in high school. Jesse holds an Associate of Sciences degree from Honolulu Community College's program for surveyors. Jesse became a full time worker in land surveying in 1998 (with a two year break for his A.S. degree) and obtained his license in 2008. jesse@valleyislesurveyors.com

Randall Sherman: Began surveying for the Illinois Division of Highways in 1962. Served as a surveyor in the Peace Corps in 1963-64. Surveyed in Viet Nam, Korea and Japan in 1966-68. Graduated from the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus, with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology in 1971. Came to Maui to work in Land Surveying for Tryck, Nyman & Hayes in 1971. Served as TN&H's Hana branch office manager from 1972-74. Served as TN&H's Maui office manager from 1974-76. Received Professional Land Surveyors License in 1976 (Land Court license in 1980.)  Purchased TN&H's Maui office in 1976. From 1992 through 2004 was the President of Land Surveyors, Inc. Currently the Surveyor in Charge of operations for Valley Isle Surveyors, one of Maui's Best Land Surveying Company. randy@valleyislesurveyors.com
